I am having the very same issue with "file cannot be created".
I am having the same issue with "file cannot be created" when trying to open an attachment. If the program is closed and restarted, it works for a short time. I am having the issue with an account/profile that was created and loaded on a freshly loaded Windows XP Pro laptop. I am running Lotus Notes 8.5.2FP1 on the machine. If the file attachment is saved to the local drive, it will open fine with the relative program.
Have searched for months all over the web for a solution. Any help would be appreciated.
